LifeGroups

Connect with others and grow in your faith by joining one of these LifeGroups!

With it being one of our Core Values, we believe that “Community” in LifeGroups at VNC is a great way to get connected with other believers, grow in your faith, and experience true community (celebrating together, grieving together, and growing in Christ together). Our groups strive to help people Know Jesus more, Love Jesus more, and Obey Jesus more, as we become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Surrendering the Secret

This seven-week class is a ministry designed to help women heal from the hurt of abortion. Many women hide the secret of abortion deep in their hearts, and they are suffering severe consequences. They carry a great burden of shame and failure, afraid to reveal their hidden pain, and by doing so are forced to endure the long-lasting effects in isolation. Surrendering the Secret will allow women to release this burden and find freedom through 'redemptive community' while experiencing hope and joy, as shame and failure are replaced with beauty. Registration is available below.

Sunday Night Women's Group

Join us as we go through the 9-Session Bible study, AN UNEXPECTED REVIVAL: Experiencing God’s Goodness through Disappointment and Doubt, by Erica Wiggenhorn. We will meet every other Sunday night from 6-8 p.m., beginning August 27, in-person or virtually through Zoom.

In this 9-week Bible study, you will encounter a unique picture of revival through Ezekiel’s prophecies. God chose to spark revival through people who seemed counted out, cast aside, and disregarded.

Ezekiel reveals that we are not the first people to believe our doubts and doubt our beliefs when circumstances spiral out of control. But God pursues us with His goodness desiring to bring revival to our broken hearts.

An Unexpected Revival sparks a fire in our longing heart to feel renewed excitement in our relationship with God. Instead of going through the motions, checking the boxes, and wondering why God feels so far away, Ezekiel teaches us to come close and invite God to fill us with fresh fire. God offers His joy, peace, and purpose to any who seek it. Do you long for revival? Workbooks can be purchased for $14 at the VNC Shop.
