Hit the Gym: Fitness & Mobility Workshop

Join us beginning January 29 for a fitness & mobility workshop!

Hit the Gym is a 3-session workshop that will equip attendants with best practices for fitness and mobility. This class will be great for those wanting to start their fitness journey but are at a loss as to where to start. It's also a nice refresher for those looking to get back into it! The class will have an education portion, followed by a short 30-minute workout to put into practice what was learned.


The first session will take place on Monday, January 29 from 6 to 7 p.m. The class will meet two additional nights: Monday, February 12 from 6 to 7 p.m. & Monday, February 26 from 6 to 7 p.m. Each class will begin in room 1217 and then move to the gym. It will be taught by Dr. Natalie Roe, owner of Built | Physical Therapy & Performance. Sign up below!
